Dr. Waters received her degree from Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, Illinois and a Biomedical Science degree from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan. She also completed an externship from Wesley-Jessen, Vision Care Specialist in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Her clinical experience includes providing complete visual and ocular health examinations as well as specializing in dispensing glasses, the fitting of soft, rigid and specialty contact lenses and dispensing of low vision aids.
